Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Paragon Bargains. If something isn’t right, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

Return window

Returns and exchanges are accepted for 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days may be handled under the manufacturer warranty instead (see below).

Condition & eligibility

To be eligible, items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and manufacturer seals intact. Items showing signs of use or missing components may be refused or subject to a reduced refund.

Restocking fee

No restocking fee on eligible returns of new, unopened items.

Non-returnable items

For safety and licensing reasons, the following are not returnable once opened or activated: software licenses and digital/electronic-delivery products, opened consumables (ink, toner, batteries), and any item marked non-returnable at the time of sale. Special-order items may also be non-returnable. Because our catalog excludes software and warranties, most orders are fully returnable.

How to start a return

Email support@paragonbargains.com or call 888.495.6935 with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can also start a return from your order tracking page. Returns sent without an RMA may be delayed.

Return shipping

Returns are free. A prepaid return shipping label is included with your order and also available on request, so you never pay to send an eligible item back — whether it’s a change of mind, an exchange, or a defective or incorrect item. Returns are made by mail.

Exchanges

Prefer a different item? We accept exchanges within the same 30-day window. Contact us with your order number and the item you’d like instead and we’ll arrange it — return shipping on the original item is free.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 business days of inspection (your bank may take additional time to post it).

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Manufacturer warranty

Every product is brand new and carries the manufacturer’s standard warranty, which varies by brand and product (commonly 1–3 years for this class of hardware — check the manufacturer’s published terms for your specific item). We do not sell extended or third-party protection plans. For warranty service beyond our 30-day return window, we’ll help you start a claim with the manufacturer.
