Shipping Policy

Paragon Bargains ships brand-new, factory-sealed products to destinations within the United States. This page explains our shipping costs, handling time, and delivery estimates.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on every order weighing 25 lb or less — no membership fee and no order minimum. Orders over 25 lb ship via FedEx Ground, priced by billable weight; the exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We do not charge separate handling fees.

Handling time

In-stock orders are processed and handed to the carrier within up to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, orders placed by 3:00pm ET; excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders are delivered by ground service:

• Standard: 6–7 business days
• Economy: 8–11 business days

Total time to receive an order = handling time (up to 3 business days) + transit time. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer. An estimated delivery window is shown at checkout.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship only within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where carrier service allows. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships, and you can track it any time on your order tracking page or in your account.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or undeliverable address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date and we will file a carrier claim and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. See our refund & return policy.
