We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or limit orders, including after an order has been placed.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. A confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; acceptance occurs when we charge your payment method and ship your order.

Payment

Card payments are processed securely through QuickBooks Payments (Intuit). By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the total shown at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping & returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Return Policy, each incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Warranties & disclaimers

Products carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Except as expressly stated, products and this site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paragon Bargains is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
